As a coach, my job is to help you make informed decisions about your teaching and address your specific concerns. To that end, we’ll usually begin each session by identifying what you’d like to accomplish during our meeting. From there, we’ll work together toward those goals. As the session comes to a close, we’ll revisit what we accomplished together and plan for next steps.
Each coaching session lasts 50 minutes.

If you’ve been asked to teach online (or hybrid) for the first time, you might have questions about how to lecture effectively, how to do small group work, and keep students engaged. Wherever you are in your planning process, we’ll get you ready to hit the ground running.
